| 摘 要： | 原包装秤故障率高、维修费用高、袋重出厂合格率达不到指标。通过对成品包装系统3^#和4^#线包装秤的改造，使包装秤运行可靠，袋重出厂合格率达100％，可减少尿素损耗900t／a。

| Abstract: | The original bagging scale is high in failure rate, high in maintenance cost, acceptance of weight of bags leaving the plant does not meet the target. By renovating the and the bagging scales of the No. 3 and No. 4 lines of the product bagging system, the operation of the bagging scales become reliable, and the acceptance of weight of bags leaving the plant reaches 100% , thereby decreasing the urea loss by 900 t/a. |
