Mo粉末压坯烧结密度预测专家系统

摘    要:采用数学推导建立了Mo粉末压制与烧结的统一数学模型,并基于该模型开发了Mo粉末压坯烧结密度预测专家系统;从客户登录与保护模块、压制工艺分析模块、烧结密度预测模块、显示与输出模块、新产品开发模块和数据库管理模块等6个部分详细介绍了该专家系统;采用电阻烧结实验对专家系统的可靠性进行了验证。研究结果表明,由烧结密度预测专家系统预测粒度为3.5μm、松装密度为1.7g/cm^3的M0粉末烧结密度与实验结果吻合良好,且该专家系统能对不同粒度和松装密度的Mo粉末在不同压制压力和烧结工艺路线下得到的烧结体密度进行预测。

Abstract:A theoretical model for Mo sintered density prediction was established by the method of formula derivation, on which the relevant expert system was exploited. The expert system was introduced from log on and protection, analysis of pressing process, sintered density prediction, result display and export, exploitation of new products to database management in detail The dependability of expert system was estimated by comparing theoretical predication with experimental data. The results show the sintered density obtained from expert system agrees well with that from the experiments for Mo powders with Fisher particle size 3.5 μm and loose density 1.7g/cm^3. Furthermore, the expert system can be also used to predict the density of sintered bodies under the condition of different pressing pressures and sintering routes for various Mo powders.
