摘    要:在秦山核电站燃料厂房乏燃料容器撞击下减振层相似模型试验和理论分析研究的基础上,把乏燃料容器对结构的撞击作用转化为一个与撞击接触时间有关的等腰三角形冲量荷载。采用有限元分析软件对某大型核工程燃料处理厂房建立了平面和空间计算模型,并且考虑了厂房结构的局部构造措施,计算分析了在冲击荷载作用下厂房结构相邻贮存水池基底的最在水平动力加速度。通过对计算结果的分析,得到了一些有意义的结论。

Abstract:Based on analogous model experiments and theoretical analysis about buffer layer on fuel container impact load action at fuel deal workshop in Qinshan nuclear power plant, the impact action of fuel container is transformed into isoceles triangle impulse load about collision contact time. Planar and spatial compution models about certain nuclear engineering fuel deal workshop are constructed by finite element analysis software, in which the local constructions of fuel deal workshop structure are considered. The horizontal accelerations of adjacent reservoir bottom floor of the fuel deal workshop under impact load of falling container are calculated and analyzed. Some results in this paper show that the top slab of buffer layer in the discharging pool must be isolated from the surrounding pool wall to improve the buffer rate of gas concrete, the settlement joint between discharging pool and reservoir exerts and important influence on vibration isolation, as the contact time increases, horizontal dynamic acceleration of the structure decreases rapidly with the relation of exponent. The critical contact time is at two millisecond in order to ensure adjacent reservoir being at safe condition.
