乙烯裂解炉管抑制结焦涂层技术的研究进展

摘    要:乙烯裂解炉管的结焦速率决定了乙烯裂解炉的运行周期,抑制炉管结焦是乙烯生产中的研究重点。介绍了炉管内表面结焦对乙烯生产的不良影响及结焦形成的机理;重点分析了炉管内表面涂层技术(在线涂层技术和离线涂层技术)的研究现状,并对在线涂层技术与离线涂层技术的优缺点进行了分析和比较;展望了炉管内表面涂层技术的发展前景及今后研究的重点。

Abstract:Operating period of ethylene cracking furnace is determined by rate of coking on inner surface of its tube,so study of how to alleviate coking has become a hot topic for ethylene production.The negative effect of coking on ethylene production and coking mechanism were also introduced.Research progress in anti-coke coating technologies was reviewed,including online coating and offline coating technologies.The advantages and shortcomings of the two were compared.Development trend of anti-coke coating technologies and research targets were stated.
