AlZnMgCu合金的回归和再时效处理

摘    要:
对Al_(90)Zn_6Mg_3Cu合金T6状态的厚板进行了回归和再时效处理。研究了处理后硬度、强度及电导率的变化规律。经过适当的回归和再时效处理,可以在维持T6强度不变的前提下将电导率由30%IACS提高到35.5%IACS以上,这将改善合金的应力腐蚀阻力。与此同时,还就基体和晶界的微观组织对合金的强度和应力腐蚀阻力影响的机理进行了定性讨论。

Abstract:
Retrogression and Reaging treatments have been used for plate of Al_(90)Zn_6Mg_3Cu alloy in T_6 state. The effect of treatment on hardeness,strength and electrical con-ductivity are studed.After proper treatment,he electrical conductivity could increase from30%IACS to 35%IACS,meanwhile,the strength of T_6 state is maintained,which improvesthe resistance to stress corrosion. The mechanism of the effects of microstructure on strengthand resistance to stresscorrosion is also discussed qualitatively in this work.
