插入式钢次梁节点试验研究

摘    要:对一种新型组合结构,即钢梁直接插入混凝土主梁作为次梁承担荷载进行试验研究.对2组试件4个节点进行了静力试验,测量并分析试件的荷载、挠度、应变,观察裂缝开展及破坏形态等.试验结果表明,混凝土梁高在600mm时发生混凝土梁剪切破坏,混凝土梁高在900mm时发生钢梁受弯破坏;正常使用极限状态下900mm高混凝土梁试件远优于600mm高混凝土梁试件.采用有限元软件Abaqus对试验过程进行了模拟.结果表明,有限元可以较准确地反映插入式钢次梁节点的受力过程.最后,通过Abaqus进行了混凝土梁高、插入翼缘宽度和锚筋等参数对节点承载力的影响分析.

Abstract:A new structural joint,which is composited by steel secondary beam and concrete girder,is studied experimentally;two specimens with 4 joints are tested under static loads.The responses including ultimate bearing capacity,deflection,strain and crack characteristic,are recorded and analyzed.The results indicate that the specimen with 600 mm height of concrete beam is failed in shear;while the specimen with 900 mm height concrete beam is failed in bending.Under serviceability limit states,the behavior of the latter is much better than the former.With the help of Abaqus,the loading responses of specimens are simulated.The comparison between test data and computing result shows that the simulation of joints is reliable.At last,analyses with the help of Abaqus are performed on the influence of several parameters,namely the height of concrete beam,the width of inserted flange and anchor bar.
