机载设备中同步器校准装置的设计

摘    要:为解决机载设备中同步器的校准问题,确保飞机座舱内重要仪表的精度,提出了由PC机和单片机组成的同步器校准装置的设计方案,包括硬件设计、软件编程。详细介绍了利用VB并口通信技术完成模拟角度信号的输出与测量,利用VB串口通信技术完成PC机对单片机的控制,从而完成功能与通道的切换。该装置精度高、操作简单、方便,极大提高了同步器校准工作的准确性和可靠性。

Abstract:In order to solve the calibration problem of synchronizer of airborne equipment and ensure the accuracy of important instrument in the cockpit,the design and realization of synchronizer calibration equipment are presented in this paper, including the development of hardware, software programming.The paper introduces the principle of analog angle signal output and measurement by VB parallel communications and control of microcontroller by VB serial communication to complete the function and channel switching. The characteristics of the equipment that have high precision and simple operation impove greatly accuracy and reliability of synchronizer calibration.
