摘    要:脱毛工序是制革工业中的主要污染来源,保毛脱毛法作为清洁化脱毛技术,其发展势在必行。总结了石灰保毛脱毛法、胺类保毛脱毛法、灰碱保毛脱毛法、过氧化氢氧化脱毛法、酶脱毛等五种保毛脱毛工艺及作用机理,展望了未来脱毛技术的发展方向。

Review of Hair-saving Unhairing Methods and their Mechanisms

Abstract:Unhairing process is one of the most serious pollution sources in leather manufacture. As an en- vironmental benign unhairing technology, the development of hair-saving method is necessary. The hair- saving method of lime, amine, ash alkalinity, hydrogen peroxide oxidation and enzymatic are summarized, and their mechanisms are explored. The development trend of the future of unhairing methods are discussed
