废橡塑改性沥青及混合料室内试验研究

摘    要:通过改变胶粉、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)及SBS三种改性剂的比例设计了7个配方制备废橡塑改性沥青,并对废橡塑改性沥青及其混合料进行室内试验研究。得出结论如下:合理调配胶粉、LDPE及SBS三种改性剂的比例可以制得高温、低温及储存稳定性良好的废橡塑改性沥青;掺加复合改性剂的的废橡塑沥青混合料,其水稳定性、低温抗裂性以及高温稳定性能都得到了不同程度的改善,尤其是高温性能。

Abstract:In this paper, seven formulas about preparing waste rubber plastic modified asphalt were designed by changing the proportion of the powder, low density polyethylene and SBS, and conducted the laboratory experiments for waste rubber plastic modified asphalt and the mixture. The conclusion was as follows: waste rubber plastic modified asphalt with high temperature, low temperature and storage stability performance could be obtained through allocating the ratio of three modifiers. The water stability, low temperature crack resistance and high temperature stability of waste rubber plastic modified asphalt mixture had been improved in varying degrees, especially high temperature properties.
