公路透层材料的发展综述

摘    要:透层材料主要分为溶剂稀释类透层和乳化类透层。阐述了透层材料的发展过程,对比了煤沥青、乳化沥青、煤油稀释沥青以及高渗透乳化沥青的优缺点,指出了现有透层材料存在问题,提出:研究具有渗透功能、固结和层间粘结性能的不合溶剂类稀释剂的乳化沥青类透层油是透层材料的最佳选择,并介绍了在此基础上研发的HTC-08型透层油。

Abstract:Prime coat material mainly include solvent dilution type prime coat and emulsion type prime coat. By research and analysis on the development process of prime coat materials, this article compared the advantages and disadvantages of coal tar, emulsified asphalt, kerosene cutback asphalt and high permeability emulsified asphalt, pointed out the problems which the prime coats material existed. It was conducted that the priming oil of emulsified asphalt which didn't have the solvent diluent and had the function of permeability, consolidation and bonding performance between layers was the best choice of the prime coat material, and introduced the HTC -08 type priming oil which researched and developed on the basis of the above.
