摘    要:采用等体积浸渍法制备了一系列不同Co添加量的Ni-Co/BaTiO3双金属催化剂,并在固定床反应装置上考察了在973~1073K温度范围内这些催化剂对CO2重整CH4反应的催化活性。实验结果表明,Ni、Co质量负载均为5.0%的Ni-Co/BaTiO3催化剂活性最好。TPR、TPD和XPS表征发现,与单金属催化剂Ni/BaTiO3相比,Ni-Co/BaTiO3双金属催化剂具有更高的催化活性,更好的脱附和抗积炭性能,而且更容易还原。

Abstract:A series of Ni-Co/BaTiO3 catalysts with different Co contents were prepared by incipient wetness impregnation method, and the catalytic activities of the catalysts for CH4/CO2 reformation to syngas were evaluated with a fixed bed reactor in the temperature range of973K to 1073K. The results showed that the Ni-Co/BaTiO3 catalyst with the same Ni and Co mass loadings of 5% had the best activity. The TPR,TPD and XPS results showed that, compared to Ni/BaTiO3 catalyst, the Ni-Co/BaTiO3 catalyst had higher catalytic activity and better behaviors of desorption and suppressing carbon deposition, and could be reduced more easily.
