摘    要:在对微小型座体零件结构分析的基础上,制定了基于车铣加工技术、以实现完整加工为目标的详细加工工艺路线.经过实际车铣加工试验,实现了微小型硬铝座体零件的完整加工.质量检测结果表明完全达到了设计要求.通过对大量实验结果分析,归纳出加工工艺规程及基本原则,还就其它相关问题进行了讨论.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of structure of micro-base-parts, drew up a detailed route of the complete machining process. The duralumin micro-base-part is produced after the turn-milling cutting experiment. The test results show that the part's quality meets design requirements completely. Through analyzing great lot experimental results, basic principle to establish machining process planning based on complete machining is summed up, and other precautions are discussed.
