超声波线切割机床导向轮的设计

摘    要:分析了超声波线切割机床的加工原理和线锯在导向轮中的传播特性,建立了等截面弯曲杆的纵振动方程及其通解.对超声波线切割加工机床中关键部件导向轮,在结构和声学方面进行了参数设计和计算,得到了超声波线切割机床中导向轮的结构和尺寸必须满足一定的条件,才能使超声波线切割达到振动切割的目的和要求.

Abstract:Set up the vertial vibration equation and result of same section cure horn depending on the principle of ultrasonic spread abroad the pilot wheel. The pilot wheel was one of the key parts of ultrasonic vibration linear cutting machine tool, the structure and dimension of it must satisfied certain qualification, this was based on parameter design and calculate of pilot wheel, thus the aim and request of vibratory cutting would be achieved.
