高速滚珠丝杠进给系统机械性能分析

摘    要:提出了在高速滚珠丝杠进给系统中,存在着加速状态时由滚珠丝杠驱动时屈服形变和工作台与滚珠丝杠联结件刚度引起定位精度误差的问题.对滚珠丝杠进给系统机械模型进行了合理的分析.最后指出解决问题的研究方向.

Abstract:In this paper,problem of orientation precision error induced by elastic deformation of table and connect stiffness between table and ball-screw is put forward when table is driven by ball-screw in the course of high-speed orientation.Mechanical model is analysed and on ball-screw drive systems in high-speed motion.The prospect of studies therein were also introduced about the problem is solved.
