加拿大精矿烧结性能试验研究

摘    要:在实验室研究了加拿大精矿的理化性能、烧结性能以及配用加拿大精矿后烧结矿的冶金性能.指出加拿大精矿的适宜配比为10%~15%;适宜的配煤量为4.9%~5.3%;适宜的水分为6.2%~6.4%.配用加拿大精矿后烧结矿的冶金性能比较好.

Abstract:Physico-chemical and sintering properties of Canadian iron concentrate,as well as the metallurgical properties of sinter made by adding the concentrate were studied in the laboratory.Suitable sintering parameters were obtained as follows: suitable proportion of Canadian iron concentrate in the mix was 10%~15%;the suitable coal rate was 4.9%~5.3% and the suitable moisture was 6.2%~6.4%.Experiments showed that the sinter made by adding Canadian iron concentrate had good metallurgical properties.
