| 摘 要： | 为促进塑管饮料优质高产、安全卫生,基于全新原理设计出新型深注入内排气全自动料位塑管灌装封口机；介绍了该机总体方案设计和具体机构设计,阐明了灌装工序设计、灌装回路设计、动力传递设计、机构重要尺寸确定的设计原理以及灌装嘴部件、钳形封口部件、灌装阀部件、灌装座部件等设计方法,解决了研发过程中的一些技术关键问题,提高了机器的适应性和可靠性.
