| 摘 要： | 针对目前智能IC卡预付费管理系统出现的用电管理难及监控难的问题，该文介绍了远程预付费用电管理系统的设计和应用，提出利用成熟的底层通信技术，实现低压集中抄表、智能IC卡预付费管理，并且结合电力营销管理系统、银电联网实时缴费系统、95598服务平台功能，形成以预付电费自动化管理为核心的综合用电自动化管理的新方案。
