| Abstract: | In the market-oriented economy,the macro-circumstances for university financial managing have changed.With regard to the present financial managing in universities,an urgent task is to set up a financial managing system which adapts to the development of universities in the socialist market-oriented economy.Based on the analysis of the present circumstances and problems in financial managing,this paper aims to seek for ways of reform in financial managing so as to find out efficient ways to have finance best serve for the development of universities. |
