| 摘 要： | 本文从铁硼共晶组织具有耐磨粒磨损特性的角度出发,应用简单易行的工艺,研制了铁硼共晶犁铧,使犁铧的寿命比等温淬火的犁铧提高1.5倍左右,并具有良好的自磨刃效果。此种犁铧具有明显的经济效益和广阔的使用前景。

| Abstract: | Based on the abrasive wear resistance character of Fe-B-eutectic structure, this paper researched and developed Fe-B-eutectic plougshares by applying simple and practicable technique to make ploushares life 1.5 times longer than that of the isothermal quenched ploushares and also make the plougshares have good self-edged effect. This kind of plougshares has remarkable economic effects and promising future in widespread using. |
