摘    要:采暖空调总能耗是建筑运行评价的重要参数之一,也是当今建筑节能减排主要控制的指标。建筑体形系数以及朝向是影响建筑能耗的重要因素,对建筑节能有着重要意义。以武汉地区居住建筑一典型板式住宅为例,采用能耗模拟软件PKPM,分析了在不同体形系数和建筑朝向下建筑的全年采暖空调能耗。研究表明,建筑体形系数和朝向对建筑能耗有较大的影响,并得出武汉地区板式居住建筑南偏东10°为最佳朝向的结论。

Abstract:The total energy consumption of heating and air conditioning system is one of the important parameters for building performance evaluation, and it is also the main control index for building energy saving and emission reduction. The shape coefficient and the building orientation are important factors to affect the building energy consumption, and are significant for building energy conservation. A typical slab-type residential building in Wuhan is chosen as an example, the energy consumption simulation software PKPM is applied to analyze annual heating and air conditioning energy consumption of the building under different shape coefficients and orientations. The research shows that the shape coefficient and the orientation have an obvious influence on the building energy consumption. The conclusion is derived that the 10 degrees south by east is the best orientation of slab-type residential buildings in Wuhan.
