微波消解-分光光度法测定催化剂中的磷

摘    要:采用微波消解方法消解催化剂样品。将催化剂样品置于密闭容器内 ,加入一定量的 1∶1硫酸和少量氢氟酸 ,放在微波炉内进行消解。详细考察了微波消解酸的用量 ,消解时间 ,功率和压力对消解效果的影响 ,选择了微波消解的最佳工作参数。用常规分光光度法测定催化剂中磷含量 ,其相对误差小于 3.9% ,相对标准偏差 (n =5 )小于 3 .2 % ,与常压溶样方法测定的结果吻合。实验结果表明 ,该方法省时 ,省酸 ,操作简单 ,能减少环境污染 ,改善工作环境

Determination of Phosphorus in Catalysts by Microwave Digestion Spectrophotometry
Abstract:Catalyst samples were digested in a microwave digestion system. According to the species of the catalyst, sulfuric acid (1∶1) together with drops of HF was added to the sample in a closed digestion vessel and then digested in a microwave oven. The influence of amount of various acid and different digestion program are researched. The optimum parameters for microwave digestion are selected. The phosphorus in catalysts are detected by spectrophotometry. The relative error is less than ±3.9%, and relative standard deviation ( n =5) is less than 3.2%. the results are compared with that determined by acid digestion at atmosphere, and the two results are the same. This method saves time, saves acid, and has no environmental polution.
