| 摘 要： | 在对2K-V型减速器摆线轮标准方程进行数学描述的基础上,对摆线轮三维实体参数化建模方法进行了深入分析;并以SolidWorks软件为平台,用VisualC++6.0作为开发工具,建立了摆线轮参数化设计的交互界面和模板库;通过编程实现了摆线轮三维实体模型的自动生成,为摆线轮的参数化设计提供了CAD软件工具。

| Abstract: | After describing the mathematic equation for the cycloidal gear in 2K-V reducer,3D parameterization modeling methods for the cycloidal gear were deeply analyzed.Based on SolidWorks,the interface and the template database for the cycloidal gear parameterization design were developed with Visual C++ 6.0.Automatic generation of 3D models of the cycloidal gear was realized by programming,which offered CAD software tool for the parameterization design of the cycloidal gear. |
