特种滤光片滤光特性批量测试仪的研制

Development of an Automatic Measurement Instrument for the Filter Function of Special Light Filter

Special light filter is an important component of currency count machine, its filter function should be measured before the production of currency count machine. The development of an automatic measurement instrument is described, which is used to fulfill the production demands. According to the working request of instrument, the machinery was designed firstly with compact and simple structure, which can realize the switch among LED light source and LD light source and the rotation of LD reliably. Then SCM-based measurement and control system was developed. The system controlled the motions of the stepper motor, light sources and indicator lights according to the commands from SCM to realize the detections of faint light, data acquisition, data processing and measurement result judge. The practical application showed that the development was successful, and the batch measurement of light filters can be completed quickly with this instrument.
