摘    要:研究了利用树脂矿浆逆流离子交换工艺从石煤中提取钒。通过树脂选型及树脂用量、吸附时间、交换容量、树脂磨损率等影响试验,确定了从石煤中提取钒的最佳工艺条件。利用该工艺,树脂对浆液中钒的吸附率大于99%。

Abstract:On the base of current ion-exchange process for extraction vanadium and resin-in-pulp process, a new resin-in-pulp counter current ion-exchange process for extraction of vanadium from stone coal was investigated. By various experiments, resin type, resin dosage, absorption time, absorption capacity and resin specific wearability were determined. More than 99 % of vanadium was absorbed on resin from pulp.
