基于EHA的新型车辆半主动悬架系统研究

摘    要:采用一种新颖的可控减振技术,提出了基于电液作动器(EHA)的半主动悬架系统.介绍了基于EHA半主动悬架系统的工作原理,建立了1/4车辆模型和路面输入模型,设计了用于EHA半主动悬架系统的天、地棚混合控制算法,最后运用Matlab/Simulink对半主动悬架系统进行仿真分析.仿真结果表明:在随机路面激励下,混合控制能兼顾汽车行驶的平顺性和操纵稳定性,有效地提高了汽车的性能.

Abstract:A novel vibration damping control technique was introduced into vehicle semi-active suspension system based on EHA. The principles of the semi-active systems based on EHA were introduced both a quarter vehicle model and road input model were built, and a hybrid control strategy of sky-hook control and ground-hook control was designed for the semi-active system. The semi-active system was simulated by the software Matlab/Simulink. The result illustrates, excited by random road input, using the hybrid control strategy can improve handling and stability of vehicles, make the performance of vehicles better.
