加装后缘小翼的垂直轴风力机输出特性研究

摘    要:为了研究H型垂直轴风力机后缘加装小翼的输出特性变化规律,文章以NACA0012翼型叶片为例,采用风洞试验与数值模拟的方法,对加装后缘小翼的风力机进行了研究。模拟结果表明,加装后缘小翼的风力机的单叶片扭矩系数及功率性能要优于未加装小翼的风力机,整体功率较未加装小翼的风力机略有提升。风洞实验结果表明:加装后缘小翼可以提高风力机的最大输出功率,其中径长比对于加装小翼的垂直轴风力机功率提升的影响较大;当转速小于300 r/min时,安装径长比为0.6的后缘小翼的风力机输出功率最高;当转速超过300 r/min时,径长比为0.4的后缘小翼的风力机输出功率最高。

Abstract:In order to study the variation law of output characteristics of retro-mounted small wings of h-type vertical axis wind turbine,this paper takes NACA0012 blade as an example and adopts wind tunnel test and numerical simulation method to study the wind turbine with retro-mounted small wings.The simulation results show that the torque coefficient and power performance of the wind turbine blade with trailing edge small wing are better than those without small wing,and the overall power of the wind turbine without small wing is slightly improved.The results of wind tunnel experiment show that the maximum output power of wind turbine can be increased by adding trailing edge flaps,in which the ratio of diameter to length has a great influence on the power increase of vertical axis wind turbine with trailing edge.When the rotational speed is less than 300 r/min,the wind turbine with a small wing of trailing edge with a diameter ratio of 0.6 has the maximum output power,and when the rotational speed is more than 300 r/min,the wind turbine with a diameter ratio of 0.4 has the maximum output power.
