摘    要:当前,主要由太阳电池方阵和阀控式密封铅酸(VRLA)蓄电池组成的太阳能光伏发电系统广泛应用于我国的灯塔,因此,加强监测控制,提高对它们的维护保养水平,是航标维护管理部门越来越重要的一项工作。简要介绍了我国灯塔太阳能光伏发电系统的现状,阐述了对这些系统实行智能化监测控制的必要性和可行性,讨论了其中的关键技术问题,其中主要包括太阳电池方阵运行状态监测、蓄电池的技术状态监测和蓄电池充放电过程监测控制三个方面。在此基础上,设计了包括硬件组成和软件流程在内的完整的实施方案。

Abstract:Now,the solar photovoltaic system (SPS),mainly consisted of solar battery array and VRLA battery,is widely used in many lighthouses in China. Thus it has become a more and more important task for the department of aid to navigation to reinforce the monitoring and controlling and to enhance the maintenance of SPS. The present situation of SPS for lighthouse in China was introduced briefly. The feasibility and necessity of intelligent monitoring and controlling of this system were explained. Key technical problems,including the status monitoring of solar battery array and VRLA battery and controlling of charge and discharge procedure,were discussed. At the same time,a complete scheme including both hardware and software for realization was given.
