| 摘 要： | 西方人类绝对中心论对西方经济社会发展，对经济学的形成和发展，产生了重大影响。随着环境和生态问题的愈益严重，西方新制度经济学试图通过制度建设来克服交易费用，用自由主义的方法来解决外部性问题。但是，外部性问题不是经济学能独立解决的。实践观的思维方式将会给经济学的创新和发展带来广阔的视野。

| Abstract: | The notion of Human Absolute-Centeredness of the West has imposed a great influence on the
development of economic society of the West, and on the formation and development of economics. With the in-
creasingly severe situation of the environment and ecology, new system economics of the West attempts to tackle
transaction charges through the institution of systems, and solve outerness problems by liberalism. However, out-
erness problems cannot be solved by economics alone. The mode of practical thinking lends a wider view to the
innovation and development of economics. |
