| 摘 要： | 通过对计量电能表原理的研究和分析,提出电能表的改进方法和新的计量模式。改进后的电能表具有存储用电信息数据的功能,结合开发的软件,能够准确计算出被窃电能数量,解决了法律制度不能解决的问题,符合法律对电能表计量的要求。

| Abstract: | Through studying and analyzing the principles of measuring electric energy,it came to propose the improved method for the principles of electricity meter and a new measurement model.The improved electricity meter has a memory function of the power utilization information data.Combined with the developed software,it would accurately calculate the number of the stolen power and resolved the problem which the legal system could not solve well.It also accorded with the requirements of the law on electric energy... |
