高梯度磁过滤器的机理分析与性能实验

摘    要:分析了高梯度磁过滤器的机理,研究了温度对磁性材料性能的影响。实验测试了各种工况的高梯度磁过滤器,并与传统磁过滤器进行了比较。带冷却的磁过滤器对10μm以上的颗粒的过滤效率为84%,比不带冷却的磁过滤器过滤效率高71%,比传统磁过滤器过滤效率高210%。

Abstract:The mechanism of the high gradient magnetic filter was analyzed theoretically,and the characteristics of the magnetic materials influenced by temperature were analyzed and tests.The filtering efficiency of a high gradient magnetic filter was tested in different situations and compared with traditional magnetic filter.The filtering efficiency to the particles larger than 10 μm of the high gradient magnetic filter with cooler is 84%,71% higher than that of high gradient magnetic filter without cooler,210% higher than that of a conventional magnetic filter.
