模糊优化在轧管机工作机构设计中的应用

摘    要:依据模糊优化理论,对轧管机工作机构建立模糊优化设计数学模型。利用MATLAB优化工具箱函数,在满足曲柄存在条件和传动性能要求条件下,对偏距、机架距离、曲柄半径及连杆长度进行优化设计,降低机构的运动加速度,提高机构的运动稳定性。优化结果表明此方法可行。

Abstract:The math model of working mechanism of pipe mill in fuzzy optimization design was set up based on fuzzy optimization theory.In order to decrease the acceleration of the mechanism and enhance the stability of the mechanism,the offset,rack distance,crank radius and link length were optimized under the conditions of meeting the demands of crank existing and transmission property using MATLAB optimization toolbox function.The optimization results show that this method is feasible.
