摘    要:通过零排污处理,以防止循环冷却水系统结垢、腐蚀及菌藻类的繁殖、生长,是保证矿热炉连续、平稳运行,降低检修成本、提高经济效益的重要手段。通过循环冷却水零排污处理的实施,提高了工业水的重复利用率。对于维护西部地区水环境具有重要意义。

Abstract:In order to prevent recirculation cooling water system from producing filthy, erosion, and propagation and growth of fungi and algae though nil - pollutant discharge treatment, it is an important measure to guarantee submerged arc furnace continuous, stable operation, reduce overhaul costs, as well as improve economic benefits. Though implementation of recirculation cooling water nil - pollutant discharge, it improves the repeated coefficient of utilization of industrial water and plays an important role in maintaining western area water environment.
