摘    要:介绍了采用湿法造纸工艺技术抄造高压H2-Ni电池用氧化锆隔膜的研制情况,测试了不同类型隔膜的理化性能,组装了氧化锆隔膜和石棉隔膜试验电池,进行了不同充放倍率下的电性能测试,并进行了短期寿命试验。结果表明,采用湿法造纸工艺研制的氧化锆隔膜,在物理性能、面电阻、化学稳定性等方面已基本符合高压H2-Ni电池的技术要求;用氧化锆隔膜组装的试验电池的性能与石棉隔膜组装的试验电池基本一致。

Abstract:The ZrO2 separator for high pressure Ni-H2 battery was researched by employing wet papermaking technique. The physical and chemical performances of some kinds of separators were measured. The test cells with ZrO2 separator and with asbestos separator were assembled and carried electrical performance measurements in different charge-discharge rates and cycle lifetime test. The results show that the performances of ZrO2 separator developed by wet papermaking technique, such as physical performance, surface resistance and chemical stability meet the technical requirements of high pressure Ni-H2 battery basically. The electrical performances of the test cells with ZrO2 separator are similar to that with asbestos separator.
