| 摘 要： | 电力规划与项目前期咨询单位资信评价管理研究工作建立了一套较为实用的资信考核评价体系，系统反映电力规划与项目前期咨询单位存在问题，激励和督促咨询单位提供更好的服务。本研究为广东电网公司咨询单位资信评价管理提供了统一的管理办法和业务流程，强化对咨询单位的有效管理，提高其执行力提供强有力的平台工具支撑。

| Abstract: | A practical credit evaluation system, which reflects the existing problems in the consultation company and urges the consulting company to provide better services, is established based on the study of credit evaluation management of electric power planning and project consulting company. The study provides unified management methods and business procedures for the credit evaluation management system of the consulting company of Guangdong Power Grid Corporation, which strengthens the effective management of the consulting company and provides a powerful support for improving the execution ability of the consulting company. |
