河口村水库2号泄洪洞弧形工作闸门设计研究

摘    要:河口村水库2号泄洪洞弧形工作闸门孔口尺寸为7.5 ×8.2 m,设计水头75.43 m,为直支臂主纵梁结构,属于国内规模较大的深孔弧形闸门。在设计过程中对闸门进行了进一步的优化,采用了转铰式止水、主纵梁框架结构、门叶左右分节等设计方法,连接部位均采用高强螺栓连接型式,在结构计算时主要采用平面体系假定和容许应力法,对主纵梁框架结构进行了有限元分析计算,并对各处螺栓连接计算做简要的描述,确保闸门整体结构安全、合理、经济,为以后类似大孔口、高水头深孔弧形闸门设计积累了宝贵的经验。

Abstract:The service radial gate for No. 2 flood-discharge tunnel of Hekou village reservoir has an orifice of 7.5×8.2mn, a design head of 75.43m and a straight arm main longitudinal girder structure, which belongs to large-scale deep-orifice radial gate in China. A hinged water seal, a main longitudinal girder frame structure and a segmented gate leaf were designed for optimizing the radial gate, whose junctions were connected with high-strength bolts, to ensure the safety, reasonability and economy of the integrated gate structure. The finite element analysis and calculation were carried out on the main longitudinal girder frame structure based on the hypothesis of plane system and the allowable stress method. Besides, a brief introduction was made on the calculations of bolted connections, which accumulated valuable experiences for design of similar large orifice, high-head deep-orifice radial gates.
