水轮机调速器两段关闭阀缺陷处理探索

摘    要:在水电站压力引水系统和水轮发电机组特性确定时,对水锤压强变化和转速上升大小起控制作用的是导叶调节时间和调节规律,而实现上述两项指标的装置,靠的是水轮机调速器或过速限制和两段关闭阀。文章对水轮机调速器两段关闭阀的主要设计特点进行介绍,对应用中发生的缺陷原因进行分析并提出结构改进方案。

Abstract:The water hammer pressure and rotating speed are controlled by the regulating time and regulation rules of guide vanes, which are realized by hydro-turbine governor or runaway governor and two-section close valve when the characteristics of pressurized water diversion system and hydro-generator unit are determined. The paper introduces the main design features of two-section close valve for hydro-turbine governor, analyzes the reasons of valve defects and proposes corresponding structure improvement schemes.
