| Abstract: | Aiming at the affiliation phenomenon of Chinese construction enterprises, the paper introduces the characteristics, the harms and the causes of these phenomenon, analyzes the measures against affiliation phenomenon taken by the Employer and the containment measures proposed by the administrative departments and the current laws and regulations in China, and explores methods to solve these problems. |
