同心协力促进长江龙头水库尽快上马

呼吁长江龙头水库尽快上马。龙盘水库位于云南虎跳峡口，是长江干流17个梯级电站的龙头水库，是云南省滇中地区调水的最佳水源点，其综合社会、经济效益十分突出，不可替代，其建设难点在于需移民10万人。滇中调水方案与龙盘水电站有密切关系，文章研究说明龙盘水电站是滇中调水的最佳方案，龙盘水库移民有很多优越条件，已有初步研究结果。

Promoting Approval of Yangtze River Leading Reservoir As Soon As Possible with Concerted Efforts

An appeal is being made for approval of Yangtze River leading reservoir （Longpan reservoir） as soon as possible. Longpan reservoir is located at the narrow of Yunnan Tiger-leaping Gorge, which is the leading reservoir of seventeen cascade hydropower stations on the main stream of Yangtze River and is the best source of water diversion scheme of central Yunnan. It can not be replaced due to its outstanding comprehensive social and economic benefits, however, it has a hundred thousand persons required to be resettled. The water diversion scheme of central Yunnan is closely related to Longpan hydropower station, the study in this paper indicates that Longpan hydropower station is the best water diversion scheme of central Yunnan, which provides lots of favorable conditions for reservoir resettlers.
