| 摘 要： | 考虑到工业现场中特有的传感器测量环境，提出了利用传感器信息压缩工业图象的观点，在此基础上，提出了基于信息融合的工业运动视频图象压缩编码方法，并对基于模型的信息融合编码方法压缩运输皮带图象进行了研究，压缩效果使图象传输的码速率降低到１－２Ｋｂｐｓ

| Abstract: | This paper describes the theory and characteristics of 3D DCT technigue for real time video compression. 3D DCT technigue is a symmetric method used in video coding and decoding. As compared with the hybrid coding in existent internatonal standards (e.g.H.261, MPEG, etc.) , it has lower complexity, higher compression rate and better reconstructed image quality. Therefore the 3D DCTtechnique would have a very good spectacle in the area of real time coding. |
