我国输电线路基础工程现状及存在的问题

摘    要:根据我国现有的技术规范,架空输电线路基础设计仍沿用总安全系数法,设计的基础尺寸比国外大,设计较为保守,基础施工费用比国外高出很多,在国外竞标中,处于不利地位。为此,在调研的基础上,比较全面、深刻地分析了架空输电线路地基基础工程现状及存在的问题。

Abstract:According to the present technical specification in China the design of foundation of overhead transmission lines still uses the general safety factor,while the designed size of the foundation is larger than that of the foreign.The design is relatively conservative and expense for construction of the foundation is much higher than the foreign.So during the foreign tender competition China is in an unfavorable position.For this purpose the paper has analyzed deeply the current engineering situation of ground foundation and existing problems of the overhead transmission lines in a whole based on the investigation.
