| Abstract: | The production process of drink made from tassels of maize bamboo shoot by means of waste material,ie.non pollinated maise tassels obtained from the production of maize bamboo shoot can was described in the paper.The factors influencing on the production process were analysed also.Based on the technological parameter and conditions,feasible quality criteria of product were made. |
