单螺杆压缩机星轮夹具的设计与分析

摘    要:分析并设计了单螺杆压缩机星轮的夹具,应用三维建模软件建立了星轮夹具的三维实体模型,并利用有限元分析软件对不同厚度的夹具在工作过程中产生的位移变化进行了分析及比较.最终确定了夹具的最佳厚度为11.5 mm或12.5 mm.

Abstract:The holding device of star-wheel in single screw compressor was analyzed and designed,and the three-dimensional solid model of the holding device was established by using a three-dimensional modeling software.The displacement variation when the holding device worked with different thickness were analyzed and compared by using finite element software.Finally,the optimum thick of the holding device is determined,at 11.5 mm or 12.5 mm.
