| 摘 要： | 自上世纪九十年代以来,卷烟机的电气控制系统大都采用PLC+专有系统的控制模式。一方面,PLC技术的日益成熟使其在逻辑控制为主的自动化系统得到了很好的应用,另一方面,由于PLC无法完成对实时性有较高要求的自动化任务,制造商不得不开发独立的单片机系统来实现这些自动化任务。介绍嵌入式IPC控制技术及其优点,以及采用先进的Ethercat总线通讯技术后,更精确地实现了对卷烟机的实时控制。
