煤与瓦斯突出敏感指标及临界值研究

摘    要:为了更好地提高生产安全性与突出预测的准确性,本文着重论述了突出预测敏感指标及其临界值的概念、判断原则和确定方法。根据矿区煤的破坏类型、钻屑瓦斯解吸指标△h2、煤的坚固性系数f值、瓦斯压力P,对南山煤矿进行了区域划分,并通过现场实测和实验室考察研究相结合,利用灰色关联分析方法,分析确定了南山煤矿15#层的突出预测敏感指标及临界值,得出适合该区域的钻屑解吸指标的实验临界值为360Pa。根据现场检验结果表明采用此种方法确定的临界值能有效地判断突出危险性。

Abstract:In order to improve the safety during the production and emphasize the accuracy of prediction, the paper discussed the concept of the sensitive index and its critical value for outburst prediction. According to the destruction types of the mining coal, desorption index for drill cutting △h2, robustness coefficient of the coal f and gas pressure P, we divided the Nanshan Mine into the different districts and analyzed the test data, by the way of laboratory study and site parameter determination, we got the appropriate desorption index for drill cutting 360 Pa for the district. The site test and measurement results showed that the critical value set by this method could efficiently judge the outburst danger.
