基于RS-485的瓦斯传感监控系统

摘    要:煤炭仍是中国目前最为重要的能源资源,其生产安全一直受到政府及社会各阶层的关注。文章针对矿井瓦斯浓度监测效率不高的现状,在原分散监测瓦斯浓度传感器的基础上进行改造,使它具备RS-485通讯能力,加快了反应速度,提高了安全系数,节约了人力资源。同时采用PC上位机作为服务器,完成瓦斯浓度数据的采集、图形化实时显示、历史数据的查询、超过警戒值时的声光报警等功能,这对煤矿的安全生产具有良好的实用价值。
