摘    要:基于ANSYS软件中的APDL语言,建立了带加强筋薄管板火管废热锅炉的结构与热分析有限元模型,通过3种不同载荷工况,对模型进行了结构及热-结构耦合应力分析,依据ASME标准对管板结构进行了应力强度评定。计算结果表明,管板边缘区应力值较大,管板边缘区加强筋圆柱受力最大,从边缘到布管区中心呈衰减趋势,在温度场载荷工况下,加强筋对薄管板起到了更加明显的加强作用。模拟结果可为该类带加强筋薄管板的设计提供参考。

Abstract:In this paper,the structural and thermal analysis finite element model of the fire tube waste heat boiler with reinforced thin tube plate is established based on the APDL language in ANSYS software.The structural and thermal-structural coupling stress analysis of the model is conducted via 3 varied load cases,and the stress intensity of the tube plate structure is evaluated according to ASME standard.The calculation results show that the stress value at the edge of the tube plate is relatively large,and the reinforced cylinder at the edge bears the largest force,which tends to decrease from the edge to the center of the pipe laying area.Under the load condition of the temperature field,the reinforcing rib has a more obvious strengthening effect on the thin tube plate.The simulation results can provide reference for the design of reinforced thin tube plates.
