国产大化肥装置减温减压阀运行故障分析

Operation Failure Analysis of Temperature and Pressure Reducing Valve in a Large Domestic Fertilizer Plant

As the first large domestic fertilizer plant with independent intellectual property rights,this fertilizer plant regulates its steam system by temperature and pressure reducing valve.In the process of operation,the temperature and pressure reducing valve is jammed,which leads to the unstable operation of the steam system.After inspection and analysis on the disassembled valve,it shows that the main problems lie in the internal impurities and inadequate warming-up of the pipe during start-up,resulting in damage to the valve by water hammer.By replacing and repairing the damaged parts and optimizing the warming-up,the normal operation of the temperature and pressure reducing valve is ensured and the steam system is stabilized.
