低压蒸汽过热器腐蚀分析及预防措施

摘    要:某项目投产运行大约18个月后,低压蒸汽过热器先后几次发生换热管开裂泄漏现象。将换热器解体后,通过对换热管取样进行化学成分分析、能谱分析、扫描电镜分析、金相组织分析,发现换热管发生泄漏的原因是由氯化物腐蚀引起的,提出了相应的预防措施,为低压蒸汽过热器长期运行提供借鉴。

Abstract:About 18 months after a project was put into operation,cracking and leakage occurred several times to the heat exchange tubes of a low-pressure super-heater.After the heat exchanger disassembly,chemical composition analysis,energy spectrum analysis,scanning electron microscope analysis and metallographic structure analysis were conducted on the sample from the heat exchange tube.It was found that the leakage of the heat exchange tube is caused by chloride corrosion.Corresponding preventive measures are put forward to provide reference for the long-term operation of low-pressure steam super-heater.
