稀缺炼焦煤重介中煤再选试验研究

摘    要:为充分利用淮北选煤厂稀缺主焦煤资源,提高企业经济效益,以该选煤厂重介中煤为研究对象,探索了中煤再选的可行性。基于重介中煤煤质特性和解离特性,将中煤破碎至<0.5 mm以下,分别利用浮选、强化重力分选和煤泥重介质旋流器对该厂重介中煤进行了回收再选试验。试验结果表明:煤泥重介质旋流器分选和强化重力分选效果要优于浮选。采用预先脱泥的强化重力分选工艺时,在入料來度为15%、反冲水压力为0.04 MPa、离心转动频率为40Hz的条件下,精煤产率为42.46%,灰分为13.37%;煤泥重介质旋流器分选可以得到灰分为11.83%、产率为27.90%的合格精煤产品。

Abstract:In order to make full use of the primary coking coal resource and improve economic performance of Huaibei Coal Preparation Plant,an experimental study is conducted by the plant on middling rewashing feasibility with the middling product of the plants heavy medium separation system as the object of study.Given the property and liberation characteristics of the middling product,the middling product is first crushed down to a size of<0.5 mm and then treated separately with flotation process,gravity separation process and slime H.M.cyclone.Test result shows that the separation result obtained by using the latter two methods is better than that of flotation process.When the enhanced gravity separation process is used for treating a predeslimed feed with a feed concentration of 15%,a backflush water pressure of 0.04 MPa and a centrifuge turning frequency of 40 Hz,the yield and ash of clean coal are 42.46%and 13.37%respectively.With the use of H.M.cyclone,an up-to-standard clean coal product with a yield of 27.90%and an ash of 11.83%can be obtained.
