基于 PL C 的煤矿井下监测系统设计

摘    要:为实现对煤矿井下恶劣工况环境的监测,针对其监测系统确定控制需求,提出了基于PLC的煤矿井下监测系统设计方案。利用安川模块化硬件搭建控制系统硬件平台,满足控制器与上位机、其他控制器节点及不同接口形式传感器的硬件兼容与扩展,为系统功能实现奠定基础。基于Visual Studio集成开发环境建立上位机人机交互界面,通过以太网实现与PLC的通信,不同PLC节点可通过内部总线进行数据交互,各PLC节点可触发传感器工作并获取反馈数据。建立了非实时系统与实时PLC间的数据同步交互机制,确保控制器与上位机数据交互的准确性和可靠性,并利用模拟工况环境试验验证了方案的正确性和可行性。

Abstract:A monitoring system based on PLC was designed to realize the monitoring in the bad working condition of coal mine and the systematical monitoring demand. With the Yaskawa modular hardware, a hardware platform of controller system was built to meet the hardware compatibility and expansion with the controller, the upper computer, and other controller nodes and sensors with different interface forms, which helps the realization of the system functions. The human-computer interface of the upper computer was established based on the integrated development environment of visual studio, and the communication with PLC was realized through Ethernet. Different PLC nodes interacted with data through internal bus, and each PLC node triggered the sensor work and obtained feedback data. In this paper, the data synchronous interaction mechanism between non real time system and real-time PLC was established to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data interaction, and the accuracy and feasibility of the scheme were verified by the environmental test under simulated working conditions.
